Administrative Assistant

Hilton Head law firm seeks full-time administrative assistant.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Open Office
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Greet clients
  • Excellent customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Perform data entry and scan documents
  • Manage calendar
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Sign and monitor UPS or FED EX deliveries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Monitor, order supplies for department and organize supply room
  • Organize office
  • Set up client files
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and strong problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Other duties as assigned
