Job DescriptionThis position helps make gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way.ResponsibilitiesThe Retail Centre Clerk provides high quality customer service which routinely requires product knowledge to assist customers. Responds to customers questions regarding church manuals and literature, proper fitting of clothing or issues of similar complexity. The Retail Centre Clerk possesses cashiering skills coupled knowledge acquired on the job. Product knowledge is generally acquired during a brief learning period of approximately one to three months. As new products are added to inventory and storage the Retail Centre Clerks are expected to develop understanding of contents and properties to adequately serve customers. May perform some housekeeping duties to ensure the facility, equipment and storage areas are in good condition.Qualifications
High School Education or equivalent.
Retail Sales and Customer Service experience.
Good communication (English and Danish) and people skills.
Basic Math and Computer skills preferred.
Work as scheduled and needed (including bank holidays and Saturdays).
