Job Responsibilities

As our Product line Controller, your main areas of responsibility will be:

  • Analysis and controlling of monthly results, as well as preparation of management information
  • Support the line organization in areas of finance and drive cost awareness
  • Facilitate and drive activities around Target setting and forecast processes
  • Ensure transparency, predictability and stability in the financial results to support decision making
  • Business analysis across the value chain - e.g. presenting financial performance results, policies and recommendations enabling appropriate business decisions
  • Facilitate and drive continuous improvement within the organization

    As a person, you like to be hands-on and possess strong analytical skills. You have a high degree of integrity and it is easy for you to translate financial information into an accessible language to colleagues. You have natural drive for results and a proven track record serving as an entrepreneurial business partner to senior management within an international organization, with increasing responsibility in financial management.

    Besides this, you have experience with the following:

  • Master's degree in finance, along with significant process knowledge within finance and controlling
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills together with the ability to guide, influence and convince others.
  • As a person you are a team player who is used to work successfully in a matrix environment.
  • You are highly motivated by improving financial performance, well organized and efficient.
  • Understanding of ERP and BI systems
  • Fluent and comprehensive English
  • You will be a part of an ambitious and passionate working atmosphere with highly skilled, experienced, and driven colleagues in a global environment, where you will develop yourself technically as well as personally.
