Job Description Summary :
Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Associate General Counsel (AGC) of Higher Education, Virtual Learning and Direct to Consumer will be responsible for supporting these business divisions with all legal related matters in a hands-on way, leading a team of about 7 people.
The ideal candidate would be a proven leader in the legal commercial space, who has deep expertise in leading complex, strategic deals, as well as a passion for education, innovation and consumer centric mindset.
The candidate should be business and data oriented.
