Bilingual Call Center Representative - Ghana

A company is looking to hire Bilingual Communications Reps/Call Center Agents. Individuals must be fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls and responding to customer complaints.
• Providing customers with detailed information about services/ products.
• Cross-selling & Up-selling available services/products.
• Directing any urgent calls/issues to the Customer Service Manager
• Processing customer requests and refunds
• Adhering to the industry practices and company standards, at all times
• Maintaining a record of customer communication
• Verifying customer details before processing their requests
• Collecting payments and processing invoices when required
• Conducting customer surveys to ascertain customer requirements.
• Gathering feedback from customers
• Translating documents and customer emails
• Fulfilling monthly and annual sales target
• Obtaining call histories as and when needed

Qualifications

• Must be an SHS /University graduate
• Must be Ghanaian
• Must be fluent in French & English

Necessary Skills

• Written and oral fluency in both languages
• Good computer skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain a calm composure during stressful events
• Good listening skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Empathetic and professional
• Ability to offer excellent customer service
