Hotel Manager

Position : Hotel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel located in Spintex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all hotel departments, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards for guest services and facilities.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff members
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll expenses
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and exceed customer expectations.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to attract guests and increase hotel revenue
  • Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential business partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage the hotel budget, including revenue and expense forecasting
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures as necessary
  • Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.

Maintenance and Safety:

  • Ensure the hotel premises are well-maintained, clean, and safe for guests and staff
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities as needed
  • Implement and enforce health and safety standards and procedures.
Required profile for job ad : Hotel Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Residency in Spintex, Lahibi or its environs is mandatory.
