  • Educational Qualification B.Sc in any related discipline
  • Experience 3+ years experience in  HR functions
  • Highly organized and focused
  •  High level of professionalism

  • A natural leader with strong ability to influence others
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Must be able to prepare management reports and correspondence
  • Good initiative, time and stress management skills
  • Experience working in a loan company
