Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records, such as invoices, bills, and receipts

Enter financial transactions into accounting software, such as FlexSystemVerify accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or recordsReconcile bank statements and other financial statementsMonitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure that payments are up to dateAssist with financial audits and tax filingsProvide administrative support to the accounting department, such as filing, data entry, and record keepingCommunicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding financial mattersCollaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing Requirements:
Higher Diploma in accounting or aboveLCC Intermediate or HigherAt least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping roleStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsExperience with accounting software, such as FlexSystem, QuickBooks or SAPProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordKnowledge of accounting principles and practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to work independently with minimal
