Our client is an International Law Firm looking for Corporate/Funds lawyers to join the team
about the job.
Focus on the Investment Funds transactions, particularly in formation, structuring, and restructuring of various types of funds
Draft and negotiate on the Fund documents including hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, real estate and infrastructure funds
Other ad hoc assignments from the Partner skills & experiences required.
2 - 5 PQE with qualification in a Common Law Jurisdiction preferred
Well trained in a reputable law firm, corporate lawyers will be considered, Funds experience is preferred
