Director / Head of Revenue Management & Cost Optimization | business strategy / management consultant welcome

We are currently engaged in a confidential search on behalf of a prominent industry leader. This exceptional organization is seeking a highly experienced executive to join their dynamic team. With over 15 years of industry expertise, this pivotal role requires an individual with outstanding soft skills and exceptional communication abilities. In this position, you will collaborate closely with diverse internal stakeholders and business units, utilizing your expertise to gather, analyze, and interpret P&L and business results. Your responsibilities will include identifying areas of improvement, discovering untapped revenue streams, and optimizing costs and resources, all aimed at ensuring the Company's sustainable profitability and growth.

Responsibilities

• Effectively liaise with internal key stakeholders and business units to gather comprehensive financial and business data, ensuring a thorough understanding of the organization's performance.
• Utilize your analytical skills to identify business pain points, unearth untapped revenue streams, and optimize costs and resources, ultimately ensuring sustainable profitability and growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing strategic guidance based on your comprehensive business analysis and insights.
• Employ your expertise to interpret business figures, providing valuable insights that inform critical business decisions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the organization's financial objectives.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of over 15 years in senior executive roles, showcasing expertise in financial analysis, P&L management, and strategic decision-making.
• Exceptional soft skills and communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building with diverse internal stakeholders and business units.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting P&L and business results to drive performance improvement and identify growth opportunities.
• A strong understanding of revenue streams, cost optimization, and resource allocation, ensuring sustainable profitability and growth.
• Previous experience in a leadership position within revenue management, cost planning, or management/business consulting will be highly advantageous.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset, coupled with a proven ability to identify pain points, drive change, and achieve tangible outcomes.
• Candidates from consultancy firms with solid experience in management consulting, business consulting, or strategy consulting are highly recommended to apply.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must.
