Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external vendors for basic daily desktop maintenance, monitor the IT infrastructure.
• Maintain and update the applications, systems and websites.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments for planning and implementing projects.
• Develop IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
• Provide trainings or workshops for the staff.
• Determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
• Lead projects to select and implement new software and systems (such as CRM system).
• Work with external team to develop applications or systems for mid & back offices.
• Manage and report IT budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in project management and daily IT operation support.
• Knowledge in software development and project management would be advantage.
• Familiarity with finance industry is a plus.
