和順堂是知名中醫診所連鎖集團，在全港各區診所數目已超過50間，擁有專業醫療團隊，為客人提供專業及高質素的中醫藥服務。本公司診所數目正高速增長，現誠聘下列職位：

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day helpdesk support to end users
Carry out routine operation tasks such as user account creation and report generation
Assist in infrastructure setup, upgrade, and maintenance
Maintain assets and other related records
Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Certificate or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
Knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet and Email technology
Sound knowledge in Mac OS, iOS & basic knowledge in Linux
1-year relevant experience in helpdesk support
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Energetic fast learner, self-motivated with proactive working attitude
Good interpersonal skill and communication skills
