Manager – Customer Services (Airfreight)



Job Description


  • Lead the customer service team to
    • provide the quality customer service to airfreight customers
    • provide information, solutions to overseas network
    • build the relationship with customers so that additional business can be awarded
  • Monitor the airfreight team to achieve the customers’ KPIs
  • Provide process improvement to SOPs
  • Tackle difficult cases together with the customer service team members
  • Provide recommendation on improvement of subcontractor service
  • Manage the customer service team by providing the manpower planning


  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years of experience in Airfreight Forwarding industry, with 2 years in supervisory level
  • DG Awareness training or DG Handling license holder is preferred
  • Self-motivated, drive for excellence, good interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in MS Applications
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
