Job Description

We are looking for great talents who share our values to make insurance good again and our vision is to build a category-defining health insurance company.We are looking for two wellness officers to join us to support our business development activities, and to execute our initiatives that are tied to our preventative strategy and our near-term health direction - differentiation, engagement, and prevention.
About The RoleYou will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration, supporting existing wellness business cycle (i.e. lead generation to service delivery) and potentially creating and leading client wellness programs. This role will help scale up our existing preventative game, be it vision care, clinic services, etc...within the first 6 months.Your
Key Responsibilities Include:- Create and continuously identify business opportunities to achieve sales targets and business objectives by showcasing the proposition and winning new clients’ business
- Manage Bowtie health & wellness programs, including plan renewals, vendor changes, and new program expansions, with the support of the cross-functional departments, employer groups, and benefit consultants
- Collect market intelligence and provide input into the overall strategic focus for Bowtie health & wellness programs design and management
- Continuously evaluate health & wellness offerings to ensure market and cost competitiveness, to enable Bowtie to attract and retain members
- Manage member communications with internal and external stakeholders across all applicable channels, and create new content as required
- Manage vendor onboarding and timely payments in line with all internal governance requirements and controls
- Support the broader Partnership team with projects or administration as needed
The success of this role will be measured by:- Wellness Annual Sales Revenue (i.e. how well we educate)
- Contactable business leads generation
- Client retention rate (i.e client happiness, need to think how to track)

About You- Minimum 3 years of related business development & partnership management experience
- Excellent relationship-building and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment
- Solid bilingual communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above
And, The Following Qualifications Are Preferred But Not Essential- Experience in supporting international employer groups and membership platforms
- Experience in implementing new health & wellness programs and ongoing vendor management
- Prior experience in health & benefit consulting
- Ability to work quickly and accurately with logical problem-solving skills
- Understanding of region-specific employment legislation and local market requirements
- Strong prioritization skills and thrive in multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
- Ability to travel on an as-needed basis
