What you’ll own:
- Learn to write well tested, readable, secure and accessible code
- Contribute to codebases in technologies such as Node, React, GraphQL and AWS services, following best practices defined by the team
- Contribute to agile ceremonies, offering suggestions in daily stand-ups, retrospectives and other team meetings
- Actively pair-program with team members
- Effectively use written, verbal and visual communication to engage in technical discussion and share ideas
- Participate in an on-call rotation, supporting the team's systems in production
- Play an active role in building awesome team culture
Experience you’ll need: We focus on hiring values-aligned people, because we believe the right person can learn all the things to be successful in their role. - ~1 year of Experience in commercial software development
- Experience working in full-stack development, using any language or framework
- Experience working with databases
- Some exposure to writing tests and following clean code practices
