We are on the lookout again for more of you MRO experts! We are looking for the proven sourcing expert who can build relationships with new suppliers from the ground up! The Client Procurement Manager will search for suppliers related to PPE, pipes, valves, fittings, chemicals, lubricants, janitorial, electrical, as well as many other MRO related materials. Highlights for your next career move:

• Acting as a liaison between both SDI and our clients to ensure the information for both parties has been reached for our project successes.
• Leading the analysis, development, implementation, and alignment of sourcing strategies to assist in achieving our business and client goals.
• Creating a sourcing strategy that works with our MRO space to improve measuring our customer satisfaction, compliance, and cost benefits. Additionally, analyzing client spend for MRO across various categories.
• Leading new and existing sourcing relationships by ensuring a competitive advantage in overall quality, service, and delivery.
• Collaborating with other team members to negotiate existing and new contracts, while improving SDI’s current negotiation process.
• Communicating with team members and other SDI staff regarding any changes around savings, projects, and procurement activities.
• Driving continuous improvement! SDI is always looking for bright and new ideas to help make our processes both better for our clients and the company.

The skills you’ll contribute to our diverse team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Exposure to and can navigate through an MRO Procurement environment.
• Comfortable navigating through Excel as this role is data spend analytics focused (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Equations, etc.).
• Comfortable with market basket assessments, E-Sourcing, P2P, and reverse auction asthis is required.
• Ability to handle contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
• Travel required up to 25% to our different client and supplier sites. This role is remote and will be based out of our Bristol, PA HQ.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
