Ready to explore a career path? Start your journey. The Site Administrator is responsible for development and customization of all online booking tool functions and features for online travel. Job Duties:
- The duties of the position are primarily focused on the programming and maintenance of online bookings tools.
- Administration duties include site enhancements, reconfigurations, and troubleshooting
- Assist in the coordination of implementing and testing new customer online sites for end user experience and successful online reservations
- Assist Operations Managers/Supervisors and mid office team with enhancements and/or troubleshooting of the customer sites
- Test and document results of online booking tool programming options and expected results
- Assist with project management and task tracking
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP Concur Travel, Deem/Etta, GetThere and Neo/KDS
- Proficiency with Sabre GDS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to work with cross functional teams and 3rd party suppliers in order to achieve business results
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills (to fully accomplish assigned tasks)
- Understanding mid office automation, frontline operations and ticketing

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance.
