Club Member Services Coordinator: Golden Oak Club Member

Located at Golden Oak's Summerhouse, the team of top-notch Cast Members use a concierge-style, fee-based approach to help fulfill select personal, residential and Resort requests.

This team is the main provider of Disney services to our Golden Oak residents. You will partner with a variety of teams, both internal and external, to complete resident requests for tickets, Food and Beverage, events, restaurant reservations (Disney and local), transportation, show venues, among many others.

We ask that you have a high level of guest service skills and an ability to network on behalf of the community, and an overall drive to help deliver a higher level of service to continue building the resident experience within our affluent community.

You Will :

Deliver exceptional Disney service comparable to Guest Relations and Club Level Concierge

Communicate with residents through email, phone and in person interactions

Develop partnerships with departments across Walt Disney World property to fulfill resident requests

Manage daily workload plus several additional projects to maximize efficiency and overall resident experience

Assist other lines of business such as events to enhance the living experience for Golden Oak residents

You Have :

Minimum of 1 year of service experience handling escalated and complex guest requests

Familiar with SnApp, A la Carte, My Disney Experience and Guest Service Suite (GSS)

Proficiency in basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment and other technologies

Analytical and organizational skills

Manage projects with varying priorities and deadlines

Built strategic relationships within and outside of the organization

Work well in a fast-paced environment

Available to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays to support operations

Ability to stand and work in any weather condition for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications :

Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese

Experience with GSS, A La Carte and SnApp

Required Education :

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
