Your responsibilities
  • Check voicemails & emails
  • Handle all customer service-related issues
  • Paperwork; test reports, packing slips, invoices, POD & revisions
  • Status; current work order status, tracking #’s & expedite requests
  • Salesforce- new customers/account updates (Terms, new address, change of name)
  • Inside Sales vacation backup - Email distribution for out-of-office Sales personnel
  • Assist Sales/Management with special projects, reports
  • Work with Operations, Transportation in regards to Sales related issues
  • Quickbase – Submit new vendors, update vendors
  • Branch / Export Buyer
  • Quote
  • Subcontracting
  • Free-configurables (Buyouts)
  • Update Data Collection Spreadsheet
  • Reports/Logs – Daily Sales Activity Report/Credit Log/Salesforce Log
Your profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of previous customer service experience
  • Solid computer skills beyond the basic level
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to resolve problems
  • Self-starting, dependable, accepts ownership, drives own goals/performance
  • Flexible in scheduling and available for overtime as needed
