Customer Service Representative

Title : Customer Service Representative

Pay : $15 / hr, non-negotiable

Description :

  • Candidates will be assisting with their VIP Rewards Program, must be comfortable upselling this program as well as footwear, will be on the phones as well
  • Will answer questions, try to retain customers and if not you will cancel the memberships
  • Handling inbound calls with customers and members
  • Call metrics and sales metrics guidelines for the role
  • Opportunity to be cross-trained in other departments if you are performing well

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

Call Center or Receptionist experience is a must

MUST be located in one of the following states : Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia, or Washington.

Equipment Required :

  • MUST HAVE their own Windows 10 PC or Laptop with webcam
  • high-speed internet connection thru Ethernet cable
  • USB headset to talk.

We will assign a VPN to connect to the terminal server.

Macs, Chromebooks, and Tablets are NOT sufficient.
