Customer Service Representative

Aston Carter has an immediate need for multiple Customer Service Representatives for a large client in the Monroe, NJ Area to start 6 / 13 / 2022!

This Customer Service Representative will be working on 1st shift Tuesday- Friday (10am-6 : 30pm); Saturday (9am-5 : 30pm) in the Customer Service / Scheduling dept.

This Customer Service Representative will be handling a high volume of email base correspondence, answering inbound calls, and uploading the cases into the portal.

They need to be detail-oriented and check their work. Handle some dispatching with the drivers

Qualifications :

  • 1+ Year of Customer Service or Administrative Experience
  • Outlook Experience
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Microsoft Office Proficient
