Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join the team remotely! In this position, you will play a big part in maintaining and growing our customers' satisfaction! Your Responsibilities:
- Act as a direct point of contact for the customer.
- Answer customer questions or concerns via email, phone call, or chat.
- Troubleshoot problems as they occur and find solutions.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to provide reporting and status updates to our customers.
- Host weekly meetings with the customers and their teams.
- Manage inventory data.
- Some phone queue management - customers call a hotline that goes directly tothe support team
Your Shift:
- 8AM -5PM EST or 9AM-6PM EST
You Must Have:
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to present and lead group meetings.
- Experience working with Microsoft programs, specifically Microsoft Excel.
