Title : Enterprise Solutions Architect
Overview of Position
The Technical Architect for Adobe AEM Role will play a vital role in the architecture design, integration, testing and deployment of Adobe Digital solutions for the Enterprise Customer Care Portal .
You will work closely with our business partners, developers, quality engineers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts and end users to build a state-of-the-art Digital Servicing Platform.
Open to Remote-Work within the United States only.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Architect and design the component model that will be used to construct a Digital servicing platform for the Enterprise Customer Care team for both web and mobile using Adobe Experience Manager.
Defining the future state portal capabilities and roadmap to achieve the targeted capability maturity model.
Install and Configure core code bundles for AEM related projects.
Manage integration activities to enhance the ECC Portal capabilities working with platforms such as Salesforce, AWS, etc.
Effectively communicate physical architectural designs to customers and present design options / considerations.
Help to establish overarching program goals and objectives for the Enterprise Customer Care program.
Develop AEM templates and components.
Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.
Help design analytics scenarios and define measures.
Design Content targeting Scenarios and architect how those scenarios will be implemented in AEM and Adobe Target.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
Experience in architecting at least 2 large implementations of Adobe Experience Manager (6.0 and later required; AEM 6.4 is a plus).
Experience in designing content lifecycle using Adobe and Adobe Marketing tools.
Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
Experience concepting, architecting, and integrating commercial and custom platforms with Tier 1 content management systems.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Web Content Management and 10 years of IT experience.
Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing offshore teams.
Experience with authoring, editing and presenting technical documents.
Experience working with top tier Cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft, and / or Google).
Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
What other skills / experience would be helpful to have?
Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Certification in Adobe Experience Manager (Architect).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Strong JEE and front-end technology experience in React, Angular, JQuery, SASS, CSS
Hands-on architect, to do Proof of concepts and building framework as needed.
Mobile hybrid application development experience
SOA development experience using NodeJS and related technologies
Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
Proven track record of technical leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes.
Skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities.
Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and / or large consulting projects.
Experience driving implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions
Ability to work effectively with resources in multiple locations
Experienced in Agile methods, processes, and tools
Knowledge of common SDLC phases, deliverables, and processes
Outgoing and inquisitive personality who can work independently
Proven ability to be effective and adaptable in response to frequent change and ambiguity
Experience with the US Healthcare system
Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships across a large, cross-functional team
How much should I expect to travel?
This role could require limited travel based for design, interview and working sessions.
