About this role
We're looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to join our People team and support our Product and Design teams. In this role, you'll partner directly with individual contributors, managers, and leaders to provide direct HR support and roll-out People programs and initiatives. These teams are geographically dispersed but we expect this role to be based in Waterloo or Toronto, Canada. You will have a deep focus on org health, key metrics, and organizational design and support individual contributors and managers on people related topics.

California / New York: the pay range for this role is $124,000 to 170,000
Colorado / Washington / New Jersey: the pay range for this role is $111,500 to 153,500
Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
