This remote job is for an entry-level position for a Jr. Project Coordinator or as we call it Task Conqueror.

The position itself will be a good fit for a person who like variety in their tasks and someone who is resourceful and a good problem solver. If you love problem solving and yet have limited experience in the project management field thus far and want more opportunities for training, this would be good opportunity for you.

If you are a person who has never had experience in the project management field and have the qualities described above, we will train on best practices for GETTING THINGS DONE and and assist you in becoming even better than you currently may consider yourself to be.

This position is not for an experienced project manager or an experienced project coordinator. This is for someone who is looking to get into the field, may not have a bachelor’s in project management, but has come to find that getting tasks done is what they have a passion for. In other words, this is a junior-level project coordinator position that will report to upper management.

The ideal candidate will be OCD aka detail-oriented, extremely neat aka organized, and a worrier (that's right a worrier not warrior) aka have a knack for getting things done.

Experience in project management is a plus it is not a requirement. Being really good at communication both verbal and written are also a requirement (thoughfor the written part, these days there is ChatGPT to help make things easier).

This position is remote. You may work from home in your pajamas or bring your headphones to your favorite local coffee shop.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of various projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables
• Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools
• Track project progress and report updates to upper management
• Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks, mitigating risks effectively
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the organization
• Help our team members and customers complete noteworthy projects that drive success both internally and externally
