Assignment Details :

• Pay Rate : $23.00 per hour
• Regular Working Schedule : 7a-3 : 30p; M-F
• Contract Length : 2 years

What’s a typical day as a M aterial Handling Specialist ? You’ll be :

Focused on accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceutical products, raw materials / components, samples, and literature.

This includes picking, packing, receiving, cycle counting, put-a-way, and shipping of inventory.

• Maintains relationships with distribution and customer service areas, follows regulatory and safety procedures, and performs assignments with necessary technology and equipment.
• Packs orders according to established procedures with special attention to preventing loss or damage. Applies appropriate labels as required for shipping and systems interface.
• Picks orders for Product, Components, and Literature as required according to established procedures. Checks orders during picking to ensure accuracy
• Assists in unloading material (trade, literature, components) received and loading material to be shipped in accordance with SOPs for a particular area.
• Ability to work in cold environments 2-8 degrees Celsius (35-46 degrees farenheit) for up to 10-15% of day. Proper equipment will be provided.

This role will primarily not be in the cold-environment, but at times assistance will be needed there.
