We’re seeking a highly motivated and passionate Recruiter to join our dynamic Early Career Talent Acquisition team.
What you will do:
You will focus on hiring interns across the nation for a variety of roles throughout our company. This is a new position on our team and as we grow, you can innovate new ways to scale our business.
How you will do it:
Manage high volume, full life cycle recruiting across multiple service lines and disciplines
Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, database search, referrals, and advertising that generates a diverse candidate population
Assist with managing and growing our employment brand and recruiting presence across social media channels
Track and monitor metrics to analyze and leverage data to identify trends and adjust strategies to achieve maximum results
Act as our Brand Ambassador for the Future Leaders Internship program
What we look for:
Required:
Bachelor’sDegree
1-2 years of full cycle recruiting experience
Strong MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Self-starter with a strong work ethic
Solid ability to build relationships
Preferred:
1 year of prior university recruitment
Previous experience using Workday recruiting
