Responsibilities:
-Conduct Simulator and FTD training sessions for new and experienced pilots
-Deliver comprehensive instruction on aircraft systems, procedures, and regulations
-Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure students' successful progression
-Create and update training materials to align with industry standards
-Collaborate with a team of aviation professionals to enhance training programs
Requirements:
-ATP certificate
-Minimum of 3 years ofFAA Part 121 flying hours as a Captain
-Recent Experience as an Instructor is a plus
-Being Technology Savy, for example: IPad and other modern devices is a plus
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
