Job Description.

Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics by developing field sales action
plans.
·
Lead generation and follow up.
·
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for deferent regions and territories.
·
Promoting the organization and products.
·
Maintain sales
volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends,
economic indicators and competitors.
·
Preparing expense budgets
for sales and marketing activities
·
Projecting expected sales
volume and profit for existing and new products
·
Build effective distribution networks and continually assess current business distribution channels to develop
and evaluate their performance.
·
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
·
Up sell to existing and identify and onboard potential direct customers as well as provide sales support to distribution partners.
·
Create and manage an effective sales team.
·
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition.
·
Prepare daily,
weekly and monthly sales reports.
·
Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts.
·
Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan.
·
Maintain data
relative to distribution partners, client accounts and sales activities
·
Assessing the efficacy of our marketing strategies by analyzing sales trends.
·
Tracking sales goals and reporting results
as necessary.
·
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
·
Meet with customers to discuss their
evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.

Qualifications.
·
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing
or a related course.

Membership with a Recognized Professional Body.
·
Experience in sales and Marketing in the manufacturing services industry preferably in agro-processing.
·
A minimum of 5 years' relevant
work experience with at least 3 years in agro industry inputs
and distribution.
