We are looking for competent, competitive, and trustworthy Sales Representatives who can do sales and marketing to help us build our business activities.
If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to our potential customers and engage customer prospects, we'd like to meet you.
You'll provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in-order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
The ideal candidate should be results driven with excellent interpersonal skills, experienced in B2B sales & customer service. We expect you to be a reliable, professional, and over-achieving individual focused on targets and growth.
Your overarching goal is to identify and educate prospect customers, acquire, and maintain them through information & assistance that relates to our services as a manufacturing entity.
❖ Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, emailing and any other methods as deemed fit by the team.
❖ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
❖ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
❖ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
❖ Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales & status reports.
❖ Supply the management with weekly reports performance on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Furthermore, sales data, progress on incentives, new product releases, sales trending and all other key performance indicators should be monitored and managed on a pro-active and continual basis.
❖ Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
❖ Provide accurate and timely forecasts.
❖ Continuously improve through feedback.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Proven experience of Sales (At least 2 years - Preferably in FMCG)
- Must be based in Nairobi.
- Working knowledge of market research, sales & negotiating principles.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Business Acumen.
- Enthusiastic & passionate.
