Carolina House, an established and evidence-based eating disorders treatment facility with multiple levels of care for patients 17 years old and up, is seeking a Utilization Reviewer / Utilization Review Nurse.
The successful candidate in this key position will be responsible for determining if treatments which are underway or sought for authorization fall within the coverage parameters of a patient's insurance.
Also, the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients. We have two Residential Facilities located in Durham, NC for all gender inclusive treatment needing 24 hour care, as well as a Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Program in Raleigh, NC that treats all gender inclusive struggling with eating disorders.
BA or BS degree preferred
