Purchasing Clerk

• Prepare purchase order
• Follow up on the supplier delivery schedule
• Document fillings
• Feedback purchasing information to the department head from time to time
• To ensure goods are purchased according to specifications
• Sourcing of new suppliers and follow up evaluation results such as qualitty, cost, delivery and financial statusof new suppliers

Job Requirement:

• Min. SPM certificate
• Preferbly at least 2 years experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills couple with good knowledge of computer skills
• Mature, multi-tasking, committed, positive work attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin & Bahasa.
