Description
Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
Strong English is preferred & Bahasa.
Good communication skills with customers.
Fresh Graduates are welcome. Responsibilities To Support and work closely with Trust & Safety Dept.
Ensure that customers are in compliance with pertinent regulations (AUP)Providing compliance advisory and support function on applicable policies and regulations.
Liaise with statutory agencies, relevant authorities regarding regulatory requirements.
To feedback and resolution from local and international authorities.
Able to follow with Standard of Procedures set by department and organization.
Monitor and manage the co's IP on the Security and Blacklisting.
Assisting in audits ISO 9001 documentation.
