We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Manage office equipment and supplies, including ordering and restocking as necessary
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff member or department
- Schedule appointments and meetings, manage calendars, and make travel arrangements for staff as needed
- Assistwith special projects and events as requested
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or ND
- At least 1 year experience in an office support or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Salary: ₦40,000.00 per month
