Professional Carpenter

We are looking for a qualified Carpenter to cut, fabricate and install wooden and other structures according to specifications. Your job will entail working in diverse settings to produce steady and functional infrastructure and products

Responsibilities

• Reading blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp the requirements
• Taking measurements and calculating the size and amount of material needed
• Cutting, shaping, and smoothing lumber and other material (e.g. fibreglass) according to measurement
• Assembling the piece and affixing parts together.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.Completion of a recognised apprenticeship
• or a minimum of 5 years of experience as a carpenter.
• Additional certification like a trade test may be required
• An analytical mind for problem-solving
• The ability to work alone or as part of a small team
• Ability to follow instructions closely
• Attention to detail
