- 1st degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5 years prior experience as a Real/Property Marketing Executive.
- Ability to meet set sales targets
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns

- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Analytical mind
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
