Senior RevOps Specialist

Position : Senior RevOps Specialist

    Job Responsibilities

    • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, focusing on scalability and significant growth.
    • Develop and implement lifecycle processes, policies, and metrics to support customer outcomes and business growth. This includes defining appropriate touch points, both human-led and digital, throughout the customer journey.
    • Ensure smooth transitions from new business acquisition to account management to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
    • Lead initiatives focused on generating new business opportunities, including developing a prioritization framework to boost sales.
    • Work with other departments to improve integration between Salesforce and other crucial systems like HubSpot, Leandata, and Vitally.
    • Monitor process adoption, data compliance, and governance.
    • Maintain and advocate for communication best practices within sales and revenue operations functions.
    • Document and create a knowledge repository for first-tier sales support.
    • Maintain data integrity within customer records in Salesforce and other systems.
    • Develop best practices to align sales data quality with company initiatives.
    Required profile for job ad : Senior RevOps Specialist

    What you bring

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of revops operations
    • Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
    • SaaS and B2B experience preferred
    • Deep SFDC expertise and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools
    • Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects
    • You share our values, and work in accordance with those values
    • You enjoy being a champion and take full ownership from conception to execution.
    • You bring passion, adaptability and attentiveness to the table.
    • You possess a good understanding of the sales cycle and sales processes, an eye for detail, and have a drive to make things more efficient, repeatable and scalable.
    • Experience working remotely is considered a plus (preferred)
    • Previous experience working for a global startup (preferred)
    • Experience working in global HR industry (preferred)
