Patient Call Coordinator for Telephone Health Program

We at CircleLink Health are in need of a part-time Patient Call Coordinator at 25 hours per week to route patient's calls within our personalized care management program.

The Patient Call Coordinator will be tasked with answering, and directing, patient's calls to their nurses, or our enrollment team.

The Patient Call Coordinator will need to demonstrate an understanding of our program and our practices prior to successfully handling incoming calls.

Fluent / Native English is a must. Fluent Spanish is a big plus. This is a remote, work-from-home position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Able to work 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday 10 : 30am-3 : 30pm Eastern Standard Time
  • Telephone communication experience
  • Excel and google sheets experience
  • Personable, outgoing and compassionate
  • Organized and autonomous
