Job Description Will be responsible for preparing segment and overhead costs that are part of the fully loaded product/service reports. Crafts costing assumptions and compute for different costing needs of the company focusing on intercompany transactions with subsidiaries. Handles variance analyses of cost centers assigned. RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Responsible for monthly management reports focusing on monthly business drivers. o Provide in-depth analyses of a specific product or business for the monthly performance reports.
- Segment and Overhead Costing
o Collaborates with SPOC to identify / develop assumptions to assign Segment cost centers' costs as to Cost to Acquire, Cost to Retain and Cost to Terminate. Identify unique activities for Overhead costs and properly account themin the total product costs. o Collaborates with SPOC to formulate new and review existing costing approaches per opex components contributory to the product. o Processes allocations and recommends Opex cost allocations for budgeting purposes considering Business plans. Processes conversions in Anaplan and computes for unit costs per opex components per relevant activity. o Prepares Segment Reports and Analyses, and discusses results to Stakeholders. o Prepares ad hoc reports and analyses as may be needed by the Business.
- SPOC for Annual Budgeting Cycles / Other Roles
o Assists, resolves, recommends solutions to SPOCs for any concerns on their budget. o Understands and documents existing processes; proposes enhancements. o Supports on-going automation projects.
