Job Description:Monitor & coordinate seller pick-up order
Assign pick-up locations according to the timing of pick-up and ensure cost optimisation at all timesPerform quality and quantity checks once items have arrived at the warehouseAddress seller complaints and perform analysis to identify the root cause.
Simultaneously implementing preventive measuresEnsure all pick-up activities are carried out in a timely manner by monitoring the productivity of drivers & ridersAssist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicableMonitor and report KPI complianceEnsure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for warehouse parcel inboundRequirements:
Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageousIntermediate Excel and Google Spreadsheets literacyExperience in logistics operations would be an advantageFamiliarity with postcodes / routing / mapping would be of good useExcellent leadership and communication skillsAble to work in an agile environmentFast learner, comfortable with fast-paced environmentFlexibility in working locations within Terengganu, Pahang, Kelantan
