Job Description:
Review, identify gaps and propose areas of improvement for manpower resources within Shopee Express

Support Fleet leadership in analytically optimizing strategy and tactics deploymentConduct data analysis on performance to develop insights and offer recommendationsPlanning manpower allocation for stakeholders, assess KPI, performances monitoring and assist with billing validationFacilitate and manage relationships with external stakeholders to resolve issues, assess and negotiate contracts for optimal cost and efficiencyPrepare and automate cyclical reporting and updates on progressRequirements:

Experienced in recruiting vendors, preferably manpower agenciesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsWell-versed with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)2 years of Project Management skills is preferredBachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines is preferred.
