Responsibilities:

Complete farm management and responsible for about 12,000 Palms including other upkeep nutrient management pest and disease management with the help of the technical persons.

Strong liaisoning with the local stake holders / authorities for smooth and trouble free operations of the farm.

Management of the planted coconut palms to get maximum yield of Sap & Coconuts as per targeted goals, under organic farming.

Manpower planning of the Farm and getting the adequate migrant labour and training them. Responsible to handle all local issues relating to the project with the support of central administration at Goa.


Production & Quality Department Activities:
Overall monitoring and administrative control of production & quality activities of Commercial Garden.

Achieving Production Targets for the financial year and Productivity Statutory Compliances:
Adhering to all statutory requirements and obtaining all licenses for running the Plant. Competency Development of farm Operations.

Performance Assessment of team members 30 days, 90 days, 180 days and Quarterly KRA's & KPIS for the financial year.

MIS Reports to top management on production of Neera and other value added products-once in 15 days.
