He/She oversees the standard and efficient day-to-day operations of all the mall in his/her area of assignment
Develop a structured business plan for the mall covering all key components of mall operation
Must be effective and consistent with regards to the implementation of policies, guidelines and procedures across all areas in conformance with the standards set by the company
Develop and maintain a long term beneficial relationship with all existing tenants and retail groups to ensure continuity of business
Takes action to improve customer services inside the mall
Does daily, weekly, monthly projected itinerary to check the status of the mall within his/her area Performs other job related duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, Commerce or other related course
Mall Management- Knowledgeable in all facets of mall operations With proven track record in handling mall operationprocedures And standards
Technical knowledge – Knowledgeable in building maintenance
Competencies – Negotiation skills and tenant management
Product Knowledge – Deep understanding in mall/retail industry
Prerequisites – Available to work when needed including weekends and holidays
License Electrical or Mechanical Engineer is a plus
At least 4-6 years of working experience in the related field
Preferably 4 years specializing in handling Mall operations and/or
Building Management in a managerial capacity
Excellent communication both written and oral skills
Able to Interact, relate and negotiate with tenants in a highly professional Manner
Well Developed leadership and decision making skills
Reports and Presentation management skills
People management and highly Organized
Highly proficient in using MS Application (Word, Excel and PPT)
