Admin Assistant (ID : 6625) Industry - Specialization - Position Level Entry Level Working Hours 44 hour Responsibilities Assist to liaise with insurance brokers on all company insurances and claims.
Coordinate and assist with incident reporting and emergency response and ensure WSH and incident analysis records are updated.
Assist with vendor application forms.Assist with application and renewal on all company licenses and certifications (MOM, HDB, BCA, MPA, BizSafe, ISO, etc).
Assist with the purchase, finance and sales of heavy equipment, vehicles, tugs and barges.Liaise with agent and tenant for contracts and renewals of properties.
Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery, pantry supplies and first aid kit.Administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
Any other ad hoc duties as required by management. Requirements Familiar with MS Excel skillsGood arithmetical skill and attention to detailsPleasant personality
