You will be responsible to deliver Art In Transit for stations in new lines, managing timelines, budget and coordination with the architect, the artist, the curator as well as managing internal and external stakeholders requirements and public expectations. You will need to write and prepare scope of services, contract documents, funding papers and other related documents. In addition, you will need to monitor and update project progress and budget.
What we are lookingfor
Tertiary qualification in any discipline, preferably in Arts Management, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in managing project funding and /or exhibition / public art education and outreach
Proficient in Adobe software, Microsoft Office and excellent knowledge of presentation software
Good written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated and attention to detail as well as good project management & organizational skills
Ability to manage people and resources and able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and manage multiple projects with tight timelines
