• Providing personalizedcustomer service. Familiarize and master companieshandbook
• Assisting the Floor Supervisor toopen / close the restaurant, following the opening / closingchecklist.
• Deliver standards and consistentquality of service with attention to profitability and guestsatisfaction.
• Maintain a prominent visiblepresence daily.
• Provide superior guestservice.

Qualifications

• Masteryof simple and elegant serviceprotocol.
• Knowledge of standard procedure withregards to high level high volume restaurantservice.
• Basic knowledge or interest inFood, Beverage andWine.
• Experience in customer service ,preferred in FB establishments .
• Comfort withequipment standard functions.
• Self starter withability to manage deadlines of self andothers.
