- Customer Experience: Responsible for all customer inquiries, service level agreements, and ensuring delivery according to set standards.
- Deal Facilitation: Handle all customer interactions professionally and efficiently
- Provide sales and servicesenablement according to service delivery excellence plans by putting customer experience at the centre of products, services, solutions, advice, and fulfillment.
- Achieves predetermined sales targets by generating quality applications.
- Delivers customer sales and services whilst maintaining quality service standards.
- Determine customers’ needs by exploring all possible cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Tracking of conversions from lead or call to application and then to fulfillment.
Education Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
