Qualifications and qualities of the successful applicant include:

• Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Management
• Experience in Debt Collection/ Retail / Credit Industries
• Knowledge of National Credit Act, Debt Collectors Act etc.
• Computer Literacy in Outlook, Excel & Word
• Administrative Experience & Abilities
• Leadership & Entrepreneurial Qualities
• Confident, Independent, Self-Motivated
• Responsible Decision Making
• Excellent Interpersonal & Conflict Resolution Skills
• Must have own transport and minimum Matric qualification.
• Management degree/qualification preferable

Requirements: Ability to work in a team, strong managerial and decision-making capabilities to manage people and performance. Must have strong administrative, organization and numerical skills to understand and achieve targets and manage financial reporting. Ability to motivate employees and communicate effectively with people from different levels of employment. Do performance reviews, disciplinary actions and deal with conflict and difficult debtors in a professional manner.
