- Finance related Degree
- 10 Years min in a senior Finance role working up to FD
- Exposure to the manufacturing industry
- Good understanding of accounting practiceas well as working knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong experience in:
- Strategic Management
- Financial Management
- Staff Management
- Delivery
- Proven report writing skills
- Proven ability to liaise with statutory agencies e.g. SARS
- Ability to set targets and motivate and inspire staff to achieve targets.
