This is a remote position for any SA citizen residing in South Africa.
Exciting Job Opportunity with a Prestigious Airline Brand - Customer Relations and reservations We are searching for skilled individuals to join our team and assist with a variety of tasks spanning multiple work streams.
This includes responding to passenger inquiries in both Greek and English, handling multimedia channels, and managing reservation systems.
Youll be fully trained and equipped to handle the daily needs of international passengers and will be expected to maintain high levels of performance and customer service.
FULLY REMOTE POSITION
STARTING DATE : 15 JANUARY 2024
Requirements :
Native-level fluency in Greek language (verbal and written skills are essential)
Located in South Africa
Excellent computer literacy and technical skills
No criminal record
Employment Terms and Conditions :
Salary : R240,000 CTC per annum / R20,000 CTC per month
Work from home with provided laptop and stable internet connectivity
Full time, permanent contract with a minimum 40 hours per week
Working hours : Mon-Fri 08h00 19h00 including weekends (09h00-17h00) with rotational shifts
4 week fully paid training conducted remotely via MS Teams / Zoom
Probation period : 4 months
